       In 2000, I purchased a farm property near Wiarton, Ontario and settled on the beautiful Bruce Peninsula. Soon afterwards, Delicious Dishes opened as the local main street bake shop. What alot of foodie fun! Great customers who were hungry for more than the little shop could provide, so, of necessity, and with no regrets, Delicious Dishes moved into a new purpose-built kitchen at SunnyBrook Farm.

         I pride myself on preparing all meals using the freshest and finest quality ingredients    ( local and seasonal whenever possible ), the absolute quality of which is handled lightly, cooked precisely, and presented with a minimum of fuss.
